What You’ll Do

As part of the Service Advisory team, you will:

• Provide strategic advice to clients on solar system performance, operational efficiency, and maintenance best practices

• Conduct post-installation assessments and offer recommendations for system optimization, including performance analytics and energy yield improvements

• Guide clients on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to inverters, panels, trackers, and other solar system components

• Develop customized service plans, including regular maintenance schedules, performance monitoring, and system upgrades to extend asset lifespan

• Monitor client systems remotely, utilizing advanced monitoring tools to detect anomalies, diagnose faults, and recommend corrective actions

• Advise clients on regulatory compliance, industry standards, and evolving technologies to ensure their systems remain at peak performance

• Conduct training sessions for clients on system operation, maintenance, and energy-saving strategies

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring continued satisfaction and proactive support

Who Should Apply
