What You’ll Do

As part of the Energy Audit team, you will:

• Conduct detailed energy audits (preliminary and investment-grade) for solar, hybrid, and conventional energy systems

• Analyze energy consumption patterns, equipment performance, and load profiles to identify inefficiencies and energy-saving opportunities

• Perform site assessments, collect operational data, and evaluate HVAC, lighting, motor, and thermal systems

• Use tools like energy meters, data loggers, and simulation software (e.g., RETScreen, HOMER, ETAP) to validate findings

• Prepare comprehensive audit reports with technical analysis, energy conservation measures (ECMs), ROI projections, and implementation roadmaps

• Ensure compliance with national energy efficiency standards (such as BEE, EC Act) and support ISO 50001 initiatives

• Recommend renewable integration and demand-side management strategies

• Support clients in navigating energy efficiency incentives, subsidies, and regulatory filings

Who Should Apply

We’re looking for energy professionals who are:

• Qualified in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or Energy Management

• Certified Energy Auditors or Managers (preferably by BEE or similar authorities)

• Experienced in conducting energy audits and efficiency assessments for industrial, commercial, or institutional facilities

• Skilled in using diagnostic tools, meters, and energy simulation software

• Strong communicators with report-writing and client presentation abilities
