What You’ll Do

As part of the Quality Control Module, you will:

• Establish and implement quality control checklists, inspection protocols, and test procedures across all project phases

• Conduct visual, functional, and performance inspections of PV modules, inverters, transformers, structures, and BOS components

• Oversee site-level QC during civil works, mechanical installation, and electrical integration

• Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to verify specifications, certifications, and pre-dispatch inspections

• Record and resolve non-conformities (NCRs), recommend corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and follow up on closures

• Maintain detailed QC documentation, photos, and test records aligned with project handover and audit requirements

• Ensure adherence to national/international quality standards (IEC, IS, ISO 9001) and client-specific benchmarks

• Support third-party inspections, FAT/SAT, and quality-related client walkthroughs

Who Should Apply

We’re looking for professionals who are:

• Qualified in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering or Quality Management

• Experienced in quality control for solar, EPC, or industrial infrastructure projects

• Skilled in inspections, material testing, and QA/QC documentation

• Familiar with industry standards (IEC, MNRE, BIS) and quality systems (ISO 9001)

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong in problem-solving and root cause analysis

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, procurement, and execution teams
