What You’ll Do

As part of the Asset Management team, you will:

• Monitor the performance of solar energy systems across commercial, industrial, and utility-scale projects to ensure optimal energy production

• Conduct regular performance assessments, including analyzing energy yield, system efficiency, and equipment health

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespans

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, ensuring that all systems operate in accordance with industry standards and client expectations

• Identify and implement performance optimization initiatives, such as system upgrades, operational adjustments, or remote monitoring solutions

• Manage asset performance data, utilizing advanced analytics tools to track KPIs and recommend improvements

• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure timely response to issues, including technical support and troubleshooting

• Provide clients with detailed performance reports, ROI assessments, and recommendations for optimizing energy consumption

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, warranty conditions, and contractual obligations for each asset

Who Should Apply
