What You’ll Do

As part of the EPC Contracting team, you will:

• Draft and manage end-to-end EPC contracts, including scope of work, technical annexures, timelines, and performance guarantees

• Engage with clients, consultants, and legal advisors to align on deliverables, liabilities, and commercial terms

• Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure contractual obligations are practically achievable

• Define and negotiate risk-sharing clauses covering delays, force majeure, liquidated damages, and warranty terms

• Ensure contract compliance with local regulations, DISCOM requirements, and industry standards (MNRE, IEC, BIS, etc.)

• Monitor contract execution progress and flag deviations or claims proactively for mitigation

• Manage contract amendments, change orders, and final project closure documentation

• Support dispute resolution and post-commissioning warranty/service frameworks

Who Should Apply

We’re looking for professionals who are:

• Qualified in Engineering, Law, or Contract Management with exposure to infrastructure/EPC contracts

• Experienced in drafting, negotiating, or managing contracts for solar, power, or infrastructure projects

• Familiar with FIDIC, SBD (Standard Bidding Documents), and government/private procurement norms

• Skilled in documentation, risk assessment, and commercial negotiation

• Detail-oriented, with a strong grasp of project workflows, stakeholder alignment, and regulatory compliance

• Effective communicators with the ability to balance legal clarity and business practicality
